We use USPS and UPS for our shipping. All packages sent through US Postal Service are sent Priority Mail. Our drop shippers usually use UPS. We will send you tracking information when it is available; it depends on your order.

Return Policy
T.J.’s Treasures Return Policy Here are the basic steps: - Pack the item
securely in the original package.
- Enclose the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send
your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address
with the item and the resaon for the return.
-All products must be returned in the same condition, in original boxes
(whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure
full credit. Please note: that a full credit is only the amount of the
product/items. The shipping charges will not be refunded.
-All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D.
deliveries.
-You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be
refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error
or a shipping error on our part. This does not include freight items. We
will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization
has been obtained, items must be in original packaging. A 10% re-stocking
fee will be applied after 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
-You can recieve Authorization for return at 1-877-841-6944. Do not
return merchandise without Authorization.

We do use drop-shippers and your contact information will be provided to the drop-shipper for delivery purposes only.
